Hardware Nest – Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Order Process and Dispatch

  • Products are processed on the same date of order placement. Order delivery is expected within 5-7 Working Days. 
  • We dispatch most orders within the estimated shipping time listed on each product page (in business days, excluding Sundays and public holidays)
  • Once the order is marked "Shipped," you will receive a tracking number to monitor the delivery.

2. Same-Day Delivery (Burdwan Only)

  • We offer Same-Day Delivery within Burdwan for all eligible orders placed before 12:00 PM IST (Mon–Sat).
  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM will be delivered the next business day.
  • Applies to in-stock items and prepaid orders only.
  • Delivery will be handled directly by our local dispatch team to ensure safe and timely delivery.
  • Same-Day Delivery does not apply for any type of Laptops, Monitor, Cabinet or Racing Wheels and Cockpits.

3. Shipping Charges

  • FREE shipping on all orders PAN India.
  • Shipping fees are displayed at checkout before payment.

4. Delivery Time Estimation

  • Delivery time depends on your location and product availability.
  • Transit time begins from the dispatch date and varies by courier partner and region.
  • Please note that rural or remote addresses may experience slightly delayed delivery.

5. Failed Delivery & Customer Responsibility

  • If the recipient is unavailable at the given address and no rescheduling occurs, the delivery attempt may fail.
  • Orders considered "executed" in these cases include:
    1. Recipient unavailability
    2. Incorrect or incomplete contact details
  • If delivery fails due to customer-side issues, re-shipment charges may be incurred.

6. Order Tracking

  • A tracking ID will be emailed once your parcel is shipped.
  • Use this to check real-time delivery status via the courier’s website or app.
  • Contact our support if you encounter any issues during transit.

7. Damaged or Missing Items

  • On receiving your order, inspect all items immediately.
  • Report any shipping damage, missing parts, or package tampering within 48 hours via:
  • Include photos of the packaging, tracking label, and damaged item. We'll guide you through the replacement or refund process.

8. Delivery Contact & Support

  • Our dispatch center may call or send SMS to coordinate delivery.
  • Please provide an accurate phone number and address to ensure smooth delivery.
  • Update your details prior to dispatch if changes are necessary.

9. Changes to Policy

  • We reserve the right to update this policy as needed.
  • Changes are effective immediately upon posting; please check back to stay informed.
