  • We accept payment via UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and other secure payment gateways.
  • Orders are processed only after full payment is received.
  • We do not store any payment information on our servers; all transactions are handled securely by third-party providers.
  • Customers are not eligible for 1.5% cashback when paid via Direct Bank or UPI Method, if they use any coupons during checkout.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are shipped as per our Shipping & Delivery Policy based on product availability and delivery address.
  • Estimated delivery times are indicative and not guaranteed.
  • We are not liable for delays caused by couriers, natural disasters, or unforeseen events.

5. Cancellations & Returns

  • Order cancellations and returns are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.
  • Certain items like processors, graphics cards, and opened products are non-returnable.
  • All refunds are subject to inspection and may involve restocking or processing fees.

6. Warranty

  • All products sold carry the manufacturer’s warranty only.
  • Hardware Nest is not responsible for warranty service; please contact the respective brand’s service center.
  • We may assist with invoice copies or product details for claim purposes.

7. User Conduct

By using our website, you agree to:
